Shipping + Handling
Domestic orders (placed from Italy) are sent out with express mail. If the items you’ve purchased are Ready-to-ship your order will be sent out in 2-3 days. If you buy a Pre-order item please refer to the item page for production times. Shipment is tracked and will be delivered in 1-2 days. It is best to provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can get in touch with you, if needed.

All international orders are sent out with priority international air mail, shipping fees is calculated based on weight. International orders are sent out once a week.
Please double check your mail address is correct, to make it easier to reach you safe and sound, and fast.
For most countries both untracked and tracked options are available.
I’m not responsible for lost parcels. It is something that happens very rarely, but still can occur. If you want to be sure to receive your parcel, please choose tracked mail.
I’m not responsible for returned parcel, altough if it will happens, I’ll gladly let you know to arrange a new shipping.
